We’re a family of four who dreamed of creating a place where people could truly connect — somewhere close to the conveniences of the city, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful escape. That dream became The Views at Matterhorn.

Andrew (dad), the heart and hands behind the build, is a skilled general contractor who took on the challenge of bringing our vision to life in a location with extreme weather and tricky accessibility. He poured his time, expertise, and determination into every detail, and in December 2023, we celebrated our first Christmas here with both sides of our family. Kids and adults alike had the time of their lives — and that joy is exactly what we hope to share with every guest who walks through our doors.

Our goal is for families, friend groups, sports teams, company retreats, and anyone seeking relaxation or adventure to experience what we love most about this home: the fun, the tranquility, and the closeness to the forest.

The name The Views at Matterhorn was chosen by Lhersy (mom), whose vision for the house was shaped the moment we picked the lot — she imagined floor-to-ceiling windows framing nature like art, enjoyed from the luxury and comfort of the decks or indoors.

Our two kids adore hosting friends, cousins, and teammates here, whether it’s soaking in the hot tub, playing basketball, foosball, ping pong, poker, video games, or simply lounging in front of the TV. You will find their soccer jersey framed in the game room, er are their biggest fans
